For your first class, just bring yourself! We provide yoga mats, blocks, and other props. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Not at all! Our classes welcome practitioners of all levels. We offer beginner-friendly classes and our instructors provide modifications for all poses to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe.
